Job Description

Client Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients for insurance and mutual fund products. Lead Conversion: Engage leads, explain product benefits, and convert them into clients. Product Advisory: Provide personalized investment recommendations based on client profiles. Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle—from pitch to policy/mutual fund execution. Client Onboarding: Assist clients with documentation and onboarding formalities. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for cross-selling and referrals. After-Sales Support: Resolve client queries, policy updates, and mutual fund-related assistance. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales processes comply with IRDAI and AMFI regulations. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, new product offerings, and competitor activity. Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales and support performance goals. CRM Maintenance: Log interactions and update lead/client data in CRM tools.
