Job Title: Sales & Support Executive (Female)

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹20,000 to 25,000 + Performance Incentives
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in sales coordination or back-office sales support

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with internal coordination, order processing, and follow-ups
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and post-sales support
• Maintain sales documentation, reports, and customer records
• Monitor sales performance data and provide inputs to improve workflow
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with internal policies
• Maintain records of sales inventory and promotional materials

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Time management and organizational ability
• Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
