Sales & Support Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients, with the goal of generating new business leads
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media platforms, the company website, and client referrals
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales and Business Development teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations
• Maintain and update the lead database using CRM or relevant software, ensuring detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities
• Share marketing materials such as brochures, product videos, and company information with prospects, and conduct video calls when required
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign-driven lead nurturing efforts and provide feedback on lead quality
• Ensure a smooth and timely handover of qualified leads to the Sales and Operations teams for further engagement and conversion
