Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide sales support to the team by preparing quotations, coordinating sales activities, and following up on leads.
Assist in lead follow-up, payment follow-ups, and marketing support for electrical products and switchgear sales.
Utilize Google Sheets to track customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
Collaborate with Inside Sales team to generate new business opportunities through WhatsApp Business platform.
Ensure timely completion of tasks related to sales operations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Handle all IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries
Call and qualify buyers (distributors, dealers, OEMs)
Share catalogues, pricing and quotations
Follow up regularly with leads
Maintain enquiry sheet on Google Sheets
Respond to WhatsApp Business & phone enquiries
Coordinate dispatch of samples and orders
Support daily sales operations and documentation
