Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide technical support to developers.
  • Troubleshoot code-level issues, error logs, and technical configurations.
  • Assist clients with product setup, testing, and implementation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical or service-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams
  • Provide training and onboarding support for new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales and technical support (Fresher are also welcome)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain software products and services.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

  • Katargam, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Driving Licence (Required)
