Sales Support Executive

Position: Sales Support Executive-(Female only)

Location: Mehrauli

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling / Inside Sales

Industry: Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Off) Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads received from multiple channels (website, ads, email marketing, referrals, walk-ins, etc.)
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments through effective communication
• Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and CRM entries systematically
• Build and nurture client relationships by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales and field teams to hand over qualified leads
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly conversion and engagement targets

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Minimum 6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience
• Confident, presentable, and fluent in Hindi and English
• Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
