Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for MDF boards in the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of MDF boards, plywood, laminates, or similar building materials. Strong network in the Mumbai and surrounding markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently. Good knowledge of local market dynamics. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

We deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to architects, contractors, dealers, and project owners. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell acoustics, soundproof boards, soft boards, OSB boards and related products in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers. Identify and convert new project opportunities in commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial segments. Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market intelligence. Conduct product presentations and site demonstrations to clients and project consultants. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, after-sales support, and payment collections. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
