Role Summary

Responsible for handling routine communication, documentation, order processing, and internal coordination to support the Sales Team. Ensures smooth execution of daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and share PI/PO acknowledgments, shipment & payment updates
• Prepare Proforma Invoices, check stock with Stores, and coordinate procurement & logistics
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and update CRM trackers daily
• Follow up with Procurement, Stores, Logistics & Accounts for order execution
• Follow up with customers for PO, PI confirmation, and pending information
• Maintain order status sheets, shipment schedules, and customer master data

Requirements

• Graduate (BBA/B.Com or similar)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or operations
• Good communication skills & strong Excel/Gsheet knowledge
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups

Preferred

• Experience in industrial products
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Basic understanding of logistics & order tracking
