The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the baby care industry, and excels in data-driven decision-making, campaign execution, and ROI optimization. Own the Consumer Sales targets and ROAS targets for sales through performance marketing campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and YouTube. Manage performance marketing budgets and ROAS targets efficiently. Monitor KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, and consistently improve campaign performance. Execute retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and funnel-based strategies. Work with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools. Collaborate with the marketplace and website team to align campaigns with product launches and promotions. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
