Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic female professional to drive manage reservation operations along with Ayurvedic wellness package sales within a customer-centric environment. This role demands strong communication, consultative selling, and coordination skills to deliver seamless guest experiences

Experience: 3 + Years

Working Days: Mon - Sat / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Communication: Good

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Offer tailored consultations on Ayurveda therapies, wellness stays, and treatment plans
• Proactively engage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Promote upgrades, extended stays, and value-added wellness offerings
• Liaise with the Kerala resort team for custom requirements and client updates
• Manage payment confirmations and pre-arrival communications professionally
• Maintain an organized CRM and ensure a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
