Description of the Job
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to work for our travel agency. The applicant will be responsible for creating personalised travel schedules, liaising with customers, updating information in CRM, and ensuring seamless end-to-end travel support.
Principal Duties
Creating domestic and international travel schedules based on client specifications
Responding to client queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Managing clients and understanding their travel requirements
Making reservations for accommodation, flights, cabs, and sightseeing
Updating all client information, follow-ups, and reservations in CRM software
Preparing and sharing quotations and following up for confirmations
Coordinating with vendors, hotels, and transportation partners
Assisting clients before and after their journey
Maintaining accurate booking records and documentation
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
