Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Consultation:
Actively listening to clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Youll be the first point of contact, helping them choose between different destinations.
Itinerary Planning:
Designing day-by-day travel plans that include flights, hotels, local transport, and sightseeing activities.
Booking & Reservations:
Using booking platforms (like GDS software) to reserve airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, and tour packages.
Documentation Support:
Guiding clients through the "paperwork" of travel—explaining visa requirements, travel insurance options, and health/vaccination protocols.
Sales & Upselling:
Meeting monthly sales targets by recommending value-added services like room upgrades, travel insurance, or unique local excursions.
