Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to domestic travel in a professional and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate information on travel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls related to domestic travel - Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism - Provide prompt and accurate information on travel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling - Ensure excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Travel Domain - GDS Certification and strong knowledge of GDS tools and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) - Strong communication and articulation skills - Must clear Versant Level 5 Communication Assessment - Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills In addition to the above, the company offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and a modern working environment, fast-track career progression with ongoing learning opportunities, and a competitive and collaborative team culture.
