Outbound Sales Consultant (Only Female)

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic female professional to manage Ayurveda package selling & reservations support in a wellness-driven environment. This role blends client interaction, sales conversion, and coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Experience:

Working Days: Mon - Sat / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Communication: Good

Personality: Good

Role:

• Manage inbound reservation inquiries across calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Provide expert consultation on and stay options & Ayurveda packages
• Convert leads into bookings through proactive engagement
• Upsell wellness offerings and manage reservation accuracy
• Coordinate with the Kerala resort team for client needs
• Handle payment follow-ups and pre-arrival communication
• Maintain a clean CRM and sales pipeline

Experience & Skills Required:

2–3 years of experience in hospitality/reservations/sales roles

Preferably from the wellness, healthcare, or travel sector

Experience in handling domestic & international clients

Familiarity with CRM & reservation systems

Consultative selling approach with ability to tailor offerings to client needs

Excellent phone, email, and WhatsApp communication skills

Knowledge of Ayurveda/wellness services is a plus
