Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator based in Vasai. The Sales Support Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, provide customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the sales team by analyzing sales data. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and produce insightful reports
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively
Exceptional Communication skills for both internal coordination and customer interactions
Administrative Assistance skills to handle scheduling, records management, and other clerical duties
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in sales support or a related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field packaging
