About Us:

Sales Support & Backend Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide backend support to the Sales & Marketing team.
Coordinate with sales executives to streamline daily operations.
Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain customer data, sales records, and MIS reports.
Support the team in client coordination and communication.
Assist in tracking sales performance and lead follow-ups.

Requirements:

6 months – 2 years of experience in Sales Support / Backend Operations / Coordination.
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business/Commerce/Management).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Ability to work closely with the sales team and handle client interactions.
