Oxford Solutions Inc. a professional staffing firm located on the east coast of the United States in North America has an opening for a Sales Support Associate. This role is open to offshore candidates who can work remotely. Must be able to follow east coast of the United States (EST) hours. Work hours in IST would be 7 pm to 4 am. Join a growing team at a U.S.-based staffing firm, providing behind-the-scenes sales support to help drive client growth and recruiting success. What You’ll Do: Navigate and update data within CRMs and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Conduct market and trend analysis to support business development Track market information for hiring trends, layoffs, and sales leads Utilize social media, job boards, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to conduct research Support sales team by identifying client hiring needs and competitor activity What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in sales support, recruiting, or administrative research Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail and ability to work independently Motivated and goal-driven with strong organizational habits Work Schedule: Remote (India-based) Must be available to work U.S. East Coast hours (EST) Show more Show less
