Sales Support Associate

Job Title: Sales Support Associate Location: On-site – Palarivattom/Maradu, Kochi Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Department: Sales Reporting to: Sales Lead Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to handle and qualify a high volume of inbound leads generated through our WhatsApp campaigns . You’ll play a key role in the first stage of our student admissions funnel—guiding students with accurate information and connecting them with our sales team at the right time. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to student inquiries via WhatsApp Business API . Qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to apply. Route qualified leads to the sales team or log them into SalesMax CRM for follow-up. Make brief follow-up calls when required to clarify interest or urgency. Maintain detailed and accurate records of every interaction. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams for smooth handovers. Provide a friendly, clear, and supportive experience to every student. Who Should Apply Freshers welcome – full training will be provided. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (must-have) and basic English. Comfortable handling chat-based conversations and occasional phone calls. Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools like SalesMax . Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. Passion for helping students make informed decisions about studying abroad. Willingness to grow into a Sales Executive role in the future.
