Sales Support Associate

Role Overview: As a Sales Support Associate at our India-based offshoring company specializing in logistics services, you will be a key member of the brokerage team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to customers, manage data efficiently, and optimize sales processes. Your role will involve troubleshooting customer orders, offering guidance to the team, monitoring performance indicators, and maintaining crucial data records. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing sales tracking tools, reviewing pending orders, and proposing process enhancements to improve customer service and sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and other related issues - Offer data and guidance to support the Brokerage team - Develop and monitor performance indicators, including checking insurance for carriers and shippers - Manage sales tracking tools and generate reports on important information - Maintain records of data accurately - Stay updated with new emails and relevant data - Review pending orders and address specific customer requests to ensure exceptional customer service - Propose improvements to sales processes Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel - In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and multitasking abilities - Teamwork and motivational skills - A degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
