Summary:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Home Depot Store enquiry support.
  
• HD Slab Warranty helpline.
  
• Special Order Sales Operations and Services.
  
• NFM Store enquiry support.
  
• Answering web-based customer queries.
  
• Email Marketing.
  
• Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in

  INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

  , specialization in Order Management is preferred.

• We are also looking for candidates who can speak French.

• The candidate should have relationship management skills since the job will involve liaising with customers and US stakeholders.
  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, learn quickly, and be flexible.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) across all levels of employees and management.
  
• Strong PC skills; proficiency in Microsoft products like Excel, Word, and Access (optional).
  
• Ability to work on various applications (Microsoft or others).
  
• Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and assume accountability with minimal supervision.
  

• Flexible night shifts are mandatory.
