Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Support Associate at GTF Holidays. The Sales Support Associate will assist the sales team by providing comprehensive support with day-to-day customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with team members for customized travel solutions, liaising with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and promptly resolving customer service inquiries.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in customer support, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional setting.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
