Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Associate located in Kochi. The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for assisting the sales team in daily activities such as managing customer inquiries, Campaigns , providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves facilitating communication between sales representatives and clients, contributing to customer service quality, and supporting other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and customers
• Proficiency in excel is a must one , using CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
