Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training and managing sales teams, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.

• Proven Sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is a plus
