Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in the VFX, animation, and gaming industries. Your role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting cutting-edge software solutions tailored for creative studios, game developers, and production pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and engage with new clients in the VFX, animation, and gaming industries. - Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored software solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and present value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets. - Build long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners. - Provide consultative support and maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay updated on industry trends, studio pipelines, and competitor offerings. - Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand awareness. - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product feedback, and client onboarding. - Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast performance to sales leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). - 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the software or creative technology space; prior experience in VFX, animation, or gaming industries is preferred. - Strong understanding of production pipelines, 3D/CG workflows, or real-time engines. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a passion for creative technology. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of or experience selling tools such as Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Blender, ZBrush, or proprietary VFX/gaming pipelines. - Existing network in the entertainment, gaming, or creative tech industries. - International sales experience is a plus.
