Role Overview

driven and persuasive Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of training programs to students and professionals.
  • Handle incoming leads and actively generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present program details, features, and career benefits to potential learners.
  • Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales/inside sales/telesales (EdTech or Training industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with learners.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
  • Bachelors degree (any discipline); familiarity with IT/Cloud/Training will be an advantage.
