We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive from the Lighting, Inverter, or Battery industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with

  contractors, government departments, and channel partners

  .
• Conduct

  customer meetings (online/offline)

  and deliver professional

  product demonstrations

  .
• Handle existing customers while actively acquiring new clients, ensuring strong and long-term relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate

  solar lighting and other lighting products

  with detailed specifications.
• Promote and update customers on

  new products, schemes, and offers

  .
• Ensure effective

  coordination, follow-ups, and order tracking

  to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate and renegotiate effectively with clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be travel-ready across India for client visits, demos, and business expansion.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  Lighting, Inverter, or Battery

  industry.
• Based in

  Delhi/NCR

  with strong knowledge of the local market and language.
• Strong background in

  contractor handling, government departments, and channel sales

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to

  work independently

  , manage time effectively, and deliver results.
• Strong

  follow-up and coordination skills

  .
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.
