Sales Specialist

As a Sales Executive at Mahalakshmi Photos, your role will involve engaging with customers to provide personalized gifting solutions for their special occasions. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as calls, messages, and in-person interactions to showcase our products and services. - Identify customer needs and suggest suitable gift options to meet their requirements. - Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and collaborate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of products. - Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. - Work towards meeting sales targets and actively contribute to business development initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi is essential to cater to our diverse customer base. Knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, address objections, and successfully close sales. - While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. - You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and display a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
