Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai , Banglore & Hyderabad.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include conducting client meetings, generating proposals, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also provide product training to clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales and sales management, including generating leads, nurturing relationships, and achieving targets.
• Experience in providing trainings and presenting product solutions to clients effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in the design or construction industry is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
