Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing and exceeding sales targets, providing product training to clients, assisting with customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies. The role requires proactive engagement to close deals and drive revenue growth for the organization. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and maintain relationships. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets, manage leads, and develop business strategies. Ability to conduct client-focused Training to educate clients about products and services. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a technology or IT-related field, is highly advantageous. Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
