Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Pune, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes training team members on sales strategies and assisting in managing the sales lifecycle to drive growth and maximize revenue.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in Training and Sales Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the food production or FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
