Role Overview We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Specialist to promote and sell our training programs. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, explaining program benefits, and ensuring successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of training programs to students and professionals. Handle incoming leads and actively generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media. Present program details, features, and career benefits to potential learners. Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in sales/inside sales/telesales (EdTech or Training industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with learners. Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home. Bachelors degree (any discipline); familiarity with IT/Cloud/Training will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Commission-Based Option: Attractive incentives per enrollment.
