About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant Intern to support our sales and marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's market presence.
  • Actively pitch and promote company products/services, tailoring communication to founders, incubators, institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations, proposals, and sales materials to communicate value effectively.

Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations

  • Build strategic alliances with startups, incubators, educational institutes, and organizations to strengthen brand reach and open new business channels.
  • Explore opportunities for outsourcing talent, co-hosting programs, and cross-promotional collaborations.
  • Lead partnership outreach campaigns through personalized communication, professional networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Represent the company in high-level partnership meetings, ensuring win-win outcomes.

Workshops, Events & PR Initiatives

  • Plan and conduct workshops, seminars, and bootcamps to increase brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Represent the organization in PR campaigns, promotional events, and industry forums to boost visibility.
  • Oversee on-ground activations including distribution of marketing material and participation in relevant community events.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Create compelling communication assets such as brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, and promotional texts.
  • Experiment with innovative outreach approaches to continuously improve brand engagement and lead quality.

Future Sales Department Development

  • Design and implement a scalable sales funnel that tracks the entire client journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Lay the groundwork for building a high-performing sales team by defining roles, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to draft long-term sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
  • Train and mentor future sales recruits to ensure knowledge transfer and standardization of best practices.
  • Contribute to creating a structured sales department that can operate independently and scale with demand.
