Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our software products to potential clients over the phone, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This role involves cold calling, lead qualification, and closing sales to meet targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote software solutions. Understand customer requirements and identify how our software meets their business needs. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and web inquiries. Conduct product presentations and online demos when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions. --- Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in a software or IT product environment. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to understand and explain technical software features and benefits. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or IT is a plus. Preferred: Experience with SaaS products.
