Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, delivering product presentations, and providing training to junior sales staff. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in providing Training and mentorship to junior sales staff Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
