Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chandigarh with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting client outreach, building and nurturing relationships, representing SparklySense's services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. The Sales Specialist will also provide exceptional customer support and participate in training initiatives for team development.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Experience in conducting Training to support team growth and knowledge development
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in market research or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
