Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orchha for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, collaborating with the operations team for seamless client experiences, and identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets. The role may also include managing marketing initiatives and representing the resort at networking events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Experience in Market Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
• Proficient in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
• Knowledge of Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality, and Event Management is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar domain is an advantage
