Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team at our Noida office. In this on-site role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, converting them into sales, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and offering product training to team members and customers to drive sales growth.

• Sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide team members and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth through proactive and result-oriented efforts.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or natural products industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
