Senior Sales Development Representative

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on generating qualified conversations with accounting firms, CPA practices, and SMBs that need offshore/onshore accounting and bookkeeping support.

You will represent Simpalm in the U.S., U.K., and Canadian markets, build relationships with decision-makers, and support the growth of our accounting services practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to accounting firms, bookkeeping companies, CFO offices, and small/mid-sized businesses.
  • Introduce Simpalm’s accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and financial back-office services.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the Business Development team.
  • Manage outreach campaigns across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity updates 
  • Follow up with warm leads generated from webinars, ads, and referral campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience

     in inside sales, SDR, tele-sales, or lead generation.
  • Experience selling 

    accounting, bookkeeping, outsourcing, staffing, or finance-related services

     in the 

    U.S., U.K., or Canadian markets

    .
  • Track record of booking qualified meetings with partners, CPAs, CFOs, controllers, or small-business owners.
  • Comfortable working U.S./U.K. time-zone shifts.
  • Strong communication with a neutral or light accent, clear articulation, and high professionalism.
 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Understanding of accounting workflows (AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll, reporting).
  • Experience working with LATAM or India-based teams.
  • Background in offshore staffing or BPO-style service sales.
