Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Noida with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key daily tasks include collaborating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses. The individual will also assist in training sessions and work alongside the sales management team to strategize and optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development within the sales process.
• Proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with in-cinema advertising or digital media sales is an advantage.
