Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Tasks include identifying opportunities, providing product demonstrations, closing deals, offering training sessions, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The candidate will actively collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and managing accounts
• Experience in Training and delivering product knowledge effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a driven and results-oriented approach
• Proficiency in analyzing customer requirements to provide optimal solutions
• Relevant experience in educational products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
