About the Job: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions. Location: Bangalore/ Chennai (onsite) Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their Technology Needs. Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions to prospective Clients. Collaborate with the technology provider team to develop customized solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Company. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive Landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry or a related field. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise-level IT solutions. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
