Collaborate with marketing to generate and qualify leads through campaigns and outreach.
Introduce OpsMaven s services to potential clients and articulate our value proposition.
Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through decision-making.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and messaging.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Partner with marketing to generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, events, and outreach.
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and position OpsMaven s services effectively.
Own the full sales cycle: from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Represent OpsMaven at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
International recruitment experience preferred
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth
