They are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to take full ownership of sales across all Kaizen verticals. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Specialist at Kaizen Wellness, you will lead and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all offerings. Your responsibilities will include driving membership growth, building sales for various services, creating cross-vertical bundles, designing sales funnels, collaborating with marketing, nurturing client relationships, and tracking sales metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all Kaizen offerings. - Drive membership growth and ensure a strong pipeline of new and returning clients. - Build sales for recovery therapies, spa services, and private workshops. - Create cross-vertical bundles to enhance sales. - Design and manage sales funnels, CRM systems, and follow-up processes. - Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns. - Nurture relationships with members, corporate partners, and wellness collaborators. - Track sales metrics and report monthly performance to leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development within wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail. - Deep understanding of premium client psychology and ability to sell through empathy, storytelling, and alignment. - Data-driven yet intuitive approach to sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and lead tracking. - Based in or open to relocating to Goa with hybrid flexibility possible. **About Kaizen Wellness:** Kaizen Wellness is not just a space but a philosophy of continuous evolution.
