We’re looking for a Rehab Pilates Trainer to join our team in Goa. Someone who is not only skilled in Pilates but also passionate about guiding people through safe, intentional movement that supports healing, recovery, and long-term mobility.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Pilates sessions with a focus on rehabilitation and injury-prevention
• Work with clients across all levels — from beginners to high performers
• Collaborate with our team of trainers and wellness practitioners
• Create a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore mindful movement
• Contribute to Kaizen’s mission of holistic well-being and conscious luxury

What we’re looking for:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Rehab specialisation preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, rehabilitation, and corrective movement
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to meet clients where they are
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative wellness environment
• Passion for continuous learning and growth
