Senior Recovery & Performance Therapist

Kaizen is expanding. Known for Pilates, sound healing, and holistic recovery, we’re now building a Performance Spa, not your typical spa with candles and cucumber water, but a space for movement, fascia, and full-body reset. We’re looking for Senior Therapists who specialise in sports recovery and integrative bodywork to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Recovery & Performance Therapist at Kaizen, you’ll work with clients who value movement, performance, and holistic wellness. Your focus will be on myofascial release, sports massage, and integrative recovery treatments that complement Pilates, sound healing, and mindful movement practices.

This isn’t about pampering — it’s about helping people restore alignment, recover deeply, and unlock better performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised treatments including myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretch, and lymphatic drainage.

• Integrate modern recovery modalities (e.g., infrared sauna, contrast therapy) with holistic techniques like sound healing or breathwork.

• Collaborate with Pilates instructors and sound healers to create customised recovery programs.

• Educate clients on body mechanics, self-care, and recovery tools.

• Contribute to the creation of signature Kaizen recovery rituals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed/certified massage therapist, physiotherapist, or bodywork specialist.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in sports recovery, fascia release, or clinical/holistic wellness.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, fascia, and functional movement.

• Comfortable blending science and holistic approaches (infrared, sound therapy, craniosacral, etc.).

• Someone who thrives in a performance-meets-wellness environment (not a traditional spa mindset).

• Empathetic, curious, and passionate about helping clients feel and move better.
