Job Title Full-Time Sales Specialist Company Overview Neptune Auto Parts is a trusted supplier and distributor of high-quality automotive parts — from wiper parts, electrical components, hose clamps, fuel-injection pipes, bearings, to general accessories for cars. With over 35 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, Neptune Auto Parts has built a strong reputation for performance, precision, and customer-centric service. We pride ourselves on offering quality parts backed by expert support, timely deliveries, and a commitment to keeping our customers’ journeys smooth. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing our sales, building relationships with customers (dealers, garages, retail clients), and ensuring that customers find exactly the parts they need — with guidance, expert advice, and superior service. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with potential and existing customers (dealers, retailers, garages, individual clients) to understand their needs and recommend appropriate auto parts. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain and expand relationships with a network of clients — nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business. Provide expert product knowledge: understand our full range of offerings (wipers, electrical parts, hose clamps, fuel-injection pipes, bearings, accessories, etc.) to guide clients towards the right parts for their vehicles. Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up on leads, quotes, orders, and deliveries promptly. Keep accurate records of orders, stock availability, and customer details; coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and restocking. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; gather feedback from customers to help refine product offerings and sales approach. Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, supply chain, support) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support. Provide exceptional customer service — resolve issues, answer technical queries, and help clients choose the best-fit parts. Qualifications & Skills Previous sales experience, ideally in automotive parts, spare parts, or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable dealing with dealers, workshops, retailers, and individual clients. Good knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts (or willingness to learn). Customer-centric attitude, with a drive to meet targets and deliver results. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients/orders simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (for order processing, inventory tracking, customer database). What We Offer Opportunity to work with a well-established, 35-year-old leader in automotive parts distribution. A dynamic work environment with variety — dealing with dealers, retailers, garages, and clients. On-the-job training and support to learn about our wide product range and industry best practices. A chance to grow professionally and build long-term relationships in the automotive industry. Competitive compensation (base + commissions /incentives — to be discussed).
