Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties involve attending training sessions, developing sales strategies, and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to effectively participate in and benefit from Training programs
• Goal-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Understanding of financial products or insurance is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
