Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bhopal. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include managing sales records, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
