We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Field Sales Person to promote our solar EPC services to potential customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, develop relationships, and pitch our solar EPC services. 2. Conduct site visits and assessments: Visit customer sites to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. 4. Prepare and present proposals: Develop and present customized proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits of our solar EPC services. 5. Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. 8. Meet or exceed sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
