Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Chennai and involves serving as a Sales Specialist. The day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering product demonstrations. The Sales Specialist will also provide customer support, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience and proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving targets in a results-driven environment.
Ability to conduct Training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing with clients or team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in technology or AI-based solution sales is advantageous.
